Bloody Holiday

Recently I was asked by the band, Bloody Holiday, to photograph them and I was super stoked! I shot them at the bassist's house, the first photo is photographed in the bass player's living room....it's so awesome!, as well as at an old diner in Santa Monica. I really love the way these turned out and I especially love them in black and white! This band is actually pretty awesome and I strongly suggest you listen to them, my favorite song is part 2...here's the link to their "like" page so you can take a listen and maybe even become a fan yourself?! click here > Bloody Holiday

I constantly get asked about products I use to keep my skin, hair, and make up looking good so I thought I'd share my top 5 favorite beauty/hair products!

I use Cetaphil as a make up remover that was recommended by my dermatologist a few years back. This is seriously the best make up remover I have ever used, it gets off my mascara with such ease and leaves no greasy residue on my face! I take my make up off with this every night before I go to bed and it has helped immensely with my skin and it's breakouts. The consistency is really smooth and so delicate on the face....I would suggest this to everyone!
A year or so ago I got this NARS illuminator as a sample from Sephora and have never been more pleased in all my life! This stuff is such a perfect highlighter for the cheekbones, goes on super smooth and doesn't leave blotches like other illuminators I've used. It gives you that rosy cheek look without being too overdone, it's really subtle and that's why I love it. You don't need much  of it so it lasts forever!
Before I was a red head my hair was platinum blond and totally fried! This serum from L'anza, totally saved my ends and keeps my hair looking shiny without being greasy, not to mention it smells SO good! You need about a pea sized amount of this to get the job done, so don't over do it!
My everyday eye make up is usually dark, thick cat eyes...I just really love the dramatic looks it gives! I constantly get asked how I do the lines so straight and how I have so much control over the size of the wings and my answer is Maybelline's Lash Stiletto Eyeliner!! It's easier if you rest your hand on a steady surface to do a better wing but this eyeliner makes it really easy to put on. The actual applicator helps a lot and the liquid lasts all day, this stuff is the greatest!
My last favorite beauty item, but certainly not least, is bare minerals foundation! I heard the hype on this for so long that I decided to try it out myself about 2 years ago and never looked back! You don't need much powder to get great coverage and it doesn't make my face as oily and gross looking at the end of the day! I constantly get complimented on how great my skin looks and I largely attribute it to this powder and the Cetaphil I talked about earlier!

Comme Des Garcons RTW 2012

There are few words I have for how beautiful this collection is....these ready to wear pieces are so beautifully constructed and watching them walk down the runway is angelic. Some of the headpieces are a bit much for me and my style but the actual separates are so stunning. My favorite piece is in the second picture of the coat with roses on the shoulders...ugh I love.

The Third Wife?

So Pam and I both love Allison Mosshart of The Dead Weather, The Kills, and Discount. She's such a badass chick and we love her music but also her personal style. She usually wears all black(Pam and I's favorite color to wear) and still manages to be pretty glamourous throughout her shows. We decided it would be a cool idea to both create outfits we'd love to see her in and this is the result! The first is Pamela's and the second one is mine.
